Long wait time. Poor staff and client experience. My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call Toyota and let them know what is going on. I called Toyota myself and explained to them. Toyota told me they’ll contact the dealership and get back to me within 24 hours. I’m yet to hear back from them. Even with rental car the dealership was not willing to pay for it till my car is fixed. They were telling me I have to make a deposit of $35 which I had to seriously decline to do that, before they decided to pay for the rental. They only paid for 2 days and I’m hoping my car will be fixed by the end of the 2 days period. I’m not taking my vehicle there anymore for servicing and won’t recommend anyone to go there to service their vehicle. A friend of mine also said she had some issues with them in the past. More

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit to your service department. I scheduled my appointment for 10:00 AM, and I was informed by Lacy that the s experience I had during my recent visit to your service department. I scheduled my appointment for 10:00 AM, and I was informed by Lacy that the service would take approximately an hour and 20 minutes. Unfortunately, my car was not ready until shortly after 1:00 PM. This significant delay caused me to waste my only day off sitting in an uncomfortable waiting area, away from my children. One of the reasons I chose your location was due to the amenities advertised on your website, such as a child play area and a complimentary shuttle. However, when I inquired about these services, your employees laughed and informed me that they had not been available for years. This was both frustrating and misleading. I strongly recommend updating your website to reflect the current services offered so that customers can plan accordingly. Additionally, I suggest reconsidering how many appointments you schedule if you cannot meet the promised timelines. It’s unfair to customers who rely on accurate time estimates and efficient service. When I voiced my frustration to a service team member, they had to search for Lacy because she was unresponsive to my text messages, further adding to my negative experience. Considering the long wait time, the lack of communication, and being misled about the services offered, I believe I deserve a discount or some form of compensation. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not be recommending your service department to others unless improvements are made. I hope you take this feedback seriously to enhance future customer experiences. More
