This visit was the best Ive had at Toyota Direct. Overall it was a good exp. I will say the rep that my wife gets every time up sells her and that's frustrating. It actually happened twice now. ON our recent visit we ha I will say the rep that my wife gets every time up sells her and that's frustrating. It actually happened twice now. ON our recent visit we had the tires rotated. Car drove terrible the next day so we had to bring it back. Turns out it was a balancing issue that cost an extra $100. This has never happened before with any car i have had the tires rotated on and I thought this should have been covered or at least discussed prior to the rotation. Brian Coccia More

I did not have an appointment. Impending snowfall I had just found a nail in the tires center tread. The Assistant Service Manager immediately wrote a repair order for my SUV and assured me he could work me in. I know the game, I’ve been an ASM. Usually takes longer. I was also 1,200 miles overdue for an oil change and tire rotation so I asked if those could also be accomplished - and if not I fully understand d and will bring it back at a more conducive time. Much to my amazement, all 3 immediate needs were taken care of and the total wait time was about the normal one would expect: an hour and a half between showing up and driving away. This was very appreciated and I will be returning after this positive experience! More

If I could give it negatives stars, I would 1,000% Customer service was absolutely terrible. My my car was in worst of a condition than it was when I left. I’ll also attach the repo was working with. According to other employers you have issues with this specific gentleman often. I purchase two vehicles with you guys. Me or my family will no long purchase or do business with you guys until that visit gets rectified. More
