I went for an Oil change and I was there for 3 hours. I saw people coming in that came after me and left before me. I was very disappointed about the way I was treated. Had warranty work done , by the way this persons name is Jake , my 2024 tundra under factory warranty and no loaner , a new truck and having to figure out how I was getting to work , he told me my oil chang Jake , my 2024 tundra under factory warranty and no loaner , a new truck and having to figure out how I was getting to work , he told me my oil change was on the house that day no charge but , I knew he did not do a oil change because I did not get a alert on my phone of hood even being opened , so waiting on warranty part , 2 weeks went no call , so I called my parts been in . Wow when I show with truck asked for paper work on my last visit that he never gave he said no problem , well that day later on he called to say oh they had not actually done my oil change , I confronted him about it told him I know , so is this oil change free no , I had to pay , ok fine but did not care to pay the fact that he lied , he knew he had lied because he could not give me the free one that I never got . , but that’s ok because my business with this place is over . My son bought a new Tacoma in 22 , I bought a 2024 tundra , and the wife will be trading in her 2000 Tacoma but not here , this place can not be trusted , And again my service adviser Jake the joke . I will never return again More

I don't know who Malek Abed is and don't believe I ever met him. I appreciated the simple buying experience. Schneider was not pushy at all and I truly appreciate that.
