I have little to say positive about my experience with Toyota Direct. I opened 5 chats across a week time asking about vehicles. Not difficult questions, but rather "is it there" and "is there damage". Toyota Direct. I opened 5 chats across a week time asking about vehicles. I went to the dealership to be my own salesperson to find 1 of the cars had hail damage, 1 had many dings, and the last one had a plastic bag holding together parts in the wheel well. Amazingly, the 2nd time I went in on my own after no call, 3 sales reps talking outside of the door appeared to not be doing anything, so I was more upset about no call. I informed the chat person of my issues. I was told 3 different times that a manager would call me. Again, no call. Yes, i did buy a vehicle. No it was not at Toyota Direct. I do not recommend. I may revise this post if I ever receive a call. More

My Car Looks new , I wished they would've told me they were not doing the whole car bra I would've paid out of pocket to make the car look new. First, Isabelle, service rep, was very friendly and helpful. It went downhill from there. It took over an hour and a half for an oil change, I had an appointment. When I left the service department, my car was not operating correctly, jerking etc. Took it back the next day, and after waiting a couple of hours without any explanation, I was finally told that they had accidentally drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil! More
