Service advisor was professional and courteous. I had an issue with my tire, service advisor told me they found a screw in one of my tires but said they weren’t able to patch it. I told him fine I’d take it somewhere else to get patched but he came back and told me they had already taken the screw out and the tire was flat. I ended up having to purchase a new tire from you all. I spoke with the service manager who made it right for me. I spent 4 hrs in the waiting area which was longer than I expected to be there. All in all they were all professional and represented the dealership well. More
