I had a 7 am appointment on a Monday morning. I dropped off the vehicle Sunday afternoon and left keys in night drop. I took my vehicle to the dealership because there was a recall on the infotainment system where the app needed to be updated and my rain sensing windshield wipers were not functioning properly. My vehicle was at the dealership from 8AM until 4:30 PM and nothing was done. They wanted me to leave the vehicle there for another day. I needed my vehicle to get to work. I was not offered a loaner vehicle. I have to take off from work on 10/16/26 to take the vehicle back. Hopefully I will have my issues resolved. More

My first service on my 2023 Chevrolet Malibu was very successful. The service advisor Chris was very knowledgeable about the maintenance services required for the mileage on the vehicle. He was very polite and friendly during our interaction. I had received a recall notice for the rear backup camera and was told that the technician would test it prior to replacing. It the span of 2 1/2 hours the tech changed my engine oil and filter, engine air filter, windshield fluid, rotated the tires, replaced cabin air filter and performed a test in the rear backup camera. I was impressed with the performance of all these tasks in a short period of time. The rear backup camera failed function testing and was told that I would be notified when the new backup camera has arrived. Very impressed with the quality and care that Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh has delivered to their customers! More
