I had a 7 am appointment on a Monday morning. I dropped off the vehicle Sunday afternoon and left keys in night drop. My first service on my 2023 Chevrolet Malibu was very successful. The service advisor Chris was very knowledgeable about the maintenance services required for the mileage on the vehicle. He was very polite and friendly during our interaction. I had received a recall notice for the rear backup camera and was told that the technician would test it prior to replacing. It the span of 2 1/2 hours the tech changed my engine oil and filter, engine air filter, windshield fluid, rotated the tires, replaced cabin air filter and performed a test in the rear backup camera. I was impressed with the performance of all these tasks in a short period of time. The rear backup camera failed function testing and was told that I would be notified when the new backup camera has arrived. Very impressed with the quality and care that Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh has delivered to their customers! More
