There things little deceiving when it came to vehicle history. I caught it why it was handled differently when I had chance to review it little closer later. Purchased new and used vehicles from Koons. The latest has been frustrating. Being a new Delaware resident from MD, Koons neglected to inform me of the inspection requirements I needed to compl The latest has been frustrating. In addition, purchased extended warranty and GAP. Even after inquiring, I've yet to receive any documentation on either. Finally, found damage on the lower right side front bumper that I'm certain Koons identified, but neglected to share. More

Worst experience My 2024 Chevy Silverado EV RST was there for a whole month April 22,2026 to May 22,2026 and on May 28,2026 it had to go back in and is still currently there. Service Rep if I don’t call and asked what’s happening no response from service manager or from anyone from the Dealership. Management is absent in this endeavor also. After this issue with my truck is rectified if it gets rectified needless to say I would never do business there again. Totally unacceptable behavior from a dealership who over the yrs I have bought 3-4 vehicles from. Not sure but management must have changed because the once professional dealership I knew and work with it’s definitely not the same. More
