I never met a person like Mr Parker. He couldn’t do enough to assist me in every way possible. Some examples are when I forgot my cell phone, he called my insurance agent for me so the He couldn’t do enough to assist me in every way possible. I had the wrong card for my handicap tags so I could get Koons to order me the tags. Mr Parker took care of the problem and the tags are on order. He is a very professional employee who will do whatever is necessary to help. He is a very pleasant man that I felt comfortable to be around. He answered any questions I had with knowledge of the car. I can not say enough of the wonderful qualities he showed during my time with him. More

Worst experience My 2024 Chevy Silverado EV RST was there for a whole month April 22,2026 to May 22,2026 and on May 28,2026 it had to go back in and is still currently there. Service Rep if I don’t call and asked what’s happening no response from service manager or from anyone from the Dealership. Management is absent in this endeavor also. After this issue with my truck is rectified if it gets rectified needless to say I would never do business there again. Totally unacceptable behavior from a dealership who over the yrs I have bought 3-4 vehicles from. Not sure but management must have changed because the once professional dealership I knew and work with it’s definitely not the same. More
