Communication was non-existent. I was told the wrong g thing over the phone. The appt was not supposed to take more than 30 min. I was there for 3.5 hours. I was not told when the car was complete and had to go check myself. Finally, the sensor was never reset and the warning light is still on which means another trip to the service dept. More

Every department of Cobb County Toyota is fantastic. My appointment was at 8:40 am. I called at 1 pm and the diagnosis wasn’t complete. Received a call 30 minutes later saying I needed new brake pads. I approved the repair, but I I called at 1 pm and the diagnosis wasn’t complete. Received a call 30 minutes later saying I needed new brake pads. I approved the repair, but I was told the repairs wouldn’t be complete until the following day. I asked about a loaner car and I was told I could rent a car. This wasn’t what I expected to hear after my car had been with your service department all day. So, I will have to come back another day. B More

I have reviewed Simon before on my 3 different trips to Cobb County Toyota and the speech to text feature was not fixed and Simon told me they had called Corp and that particular function was down on the 2 Cobb County Toyota and the speech to text feature was not fixed and Simon told me they had called Corp and that particular function was down on the 2020 Highlanders and a software update would have to be issued and there was no ETA on that. Yet the very next day I was programming phone numbers into my Highlander and saw a button on my android phone that said off by the microphone, so I switched it to on and the speech to text feature has been working fine ever since. More
