Communication was non-existent. I was told the wrong g thing over the phone. The appt was not supposed to take more than 30 min. I was there for 3.5 hours. My appointment was at 8:40 am. I called at 1 pm and the diagnosis wasn’t complete. Received a call 30 minutes later saying I needed new brake pads.
