My 2023 Rav4 XSE Hybrid was having random issues with front viewing camera (one above the rearview mirror) which was causing several random safety faults with the vehicle. Back in May, I met Simon Chan when I brought my Rav4 in for 30K service. I decided to stick with him and build a relationship with him on service versus seeing other service writers on every visit that I make. Simon has been great and I appreciate working with him. The shop was able to definitively diagnose the issue to be the front camera and replaced it. So far, I have driven the car for 30 minutes without issues. Previously, after 10 - 15 minutes, the car would start to display safety system errors. So far so good and hoping it will stay that way. More
