A job that was quoted to take two hours took four. I attempted to get an update via their text service (which they requested use via text when you check in). No response. I have been coming to Cobb County Toyota since 2016 and generally pleased with the service. However my recent visit to repair my 2015 Tundra AC system resulted in a quote that was far above my expectations generally pleased with the service. However my recent visit to repair my 2015 Tundra AC system resulted in a quote that was far above my expectations, scope of repair recommended by the service tech changed after discussing their original troubleshooting, and the suggested repair seemed like overkill just to restore cold air to the truck cabin. After declining the repair, I am fine with the $90.00 assessment fee, but when I picked up my truck the following morning, someone left my rear, driver side window partially down and it resulted in the rear of the cab drenched with water from a heavy thunderstorm the night before. With how uninviting and busy all the service hosts were that morning, I was too disgusted to go back in and voice my complaint. The overriding concern is that your techs should be trained to fix the single part that is broken on a system and not replace the entire system at risk of getting a call back for a recurrence of the original issue. If that is the philosophy behind it, why not just scrap the whole truck and replace it, just to be on the safe side. Your team has to be better than this. More

Simon let me down. He said he would move things along when I arrived at my appointment at 12:40. He assured me he would handle resetting the maintenance reminder himself if iit wasn’t done by the tech. By a little after 3 pm I still hadn’t heard from him. I texted him to ask him about when my car might be ready and got no response. I walked over to.an intake lady she went to his desk for me as Simon wasn’t there. The keys and paperwork were sitting on his desk. She covered for him saying the car was just finished. I signed paperwork and headed ti my car. When I looked at the printout it showed 2:01 pm!!!! I wonder when he would have contacted me had I not gone out and asked about the car. I’ve been coming to this dealership for a long time and have never been treated this way. Pretty sad. I will come back for service but do y want him to be my service writer. More

Simon was wonderful; car was done when he said it would be, very personable. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me (after tire rotation at 6,000 miles) with two small scratches on the driver's door. W be, very personable. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me (after tire rotation at 6,000 miles) with two small scratches on the driver's door. When I showed them to "Zach", he repeatedly told me, "that did not happen here." He was aggressive and rude, and as a result, Cobb County Toyota will never get my business again. Also, I have NEVER been to a dealership for service and had to WALK to get my car. In my experience, the car is ALWAYS driven back into the service bay for the customer's convenience. More

My 2023 Rav4 XSE Hybrid was having random issues with front viewing camera (one above the rearview mirror) which was causing several random safety faults with the vehicle. Back in May, I met Simon Chan front viewing camera (one above the rearview mirror) which was causing several random safety faults with the vehicle. Back in May, I met Simon Chan when I brought my Rav4 in for 30K service. I decided to stick with him and build a relationship with him on service versus seeing other service writers on every visit that I make. Simon has been great and I appreciate working with him. The shop was able to definitively diagnose the issue to be the front camera and replaced it. So far, I have driven the car for 30 minutes without issues. Previously, after 10 - 15 minutes, the car would start to display safety system errors. So far so good and hoping it will stay that way. More
