Customer service is very nice and informative. They do not do anything without consulting you first, so no surprise fees or charges. I had gone to get the oil change and wanted a quote on brakes and they inspected my brakes and let me know there was no need. For context, there was no reason to think anything was wrong with them, I just had not changed them since buying the car 4 years ago. More

I like to have dealerships work on my truck, and the price doesn’t really bother me. But It seems like The service process is like the buying process. Take your vehicle back, and then draw the timeline price doesn’t really bother me. But It seems like The service process is like the buying process. Take your vehicle back, and then draw the timeline out. I understand the 50 point inspection process, but oil change should be quicker. And once the vehicles in the back you have no option but to wait. I’m not a big fan of catching a release when you want to. More
