I normally have great service experiences at this dealership. However, my latest oil change took two hours. When I asked what happened, they said it was unusually busy. I had an appointment. What is dealership. However, my latest oil change took two hours. When I asked what happened, they said it was unusually busy. I had an appointment. What is the point in making appointments? Usually it takes an hour and the website even states that they don’t expect it to take long. I texted my service advisor and explained I couldn’t give a 5 star rating. He apologized and informed me that my time was valuable. The next day I get a text supposedly from this advisor asking for a 5 star review and to get back with him if I experienced any challenges. ?? I informed him that I had already expressed my challenges. The next day he responded saying he was out or he would have responded sooner. So, automated texts, long wait times, and snarky comments made the last oil change less than excellent. More

The Service Advisor was professional and thorough, and the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or credit, and when I told her credit she did not mention there was a charge for using a credit card until after the card was processed. She said the Service Advisor should have told me. Then she made a snarky comment when the ID she asked for slipped out of my hand and landed in front of her. I hope she isn't there the next time I am in for service. More

The work done on my car was great. The communication was ok but I had to call to find out the status. I was never informed that they would be using a used part. I'm ok with that but I was never told until I got the bill. That brings me to my major issue with this dealership. If you pay with a credit card they charge you a transaction fee. Come on!! Who does that anymore? It's very inconvenient. They should price their services to include this. It really irritates me. More
