I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. I was told back in January that my water pump was going to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. I approved the work, and they wasted no tim to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. I approved the work, and they wasted no time getting the parts and getting the repair done in a timely manner. The Team really knows my car and driving habits, so they're always looking out for my safety. It's cheaper to address the problem when it's small instead of letting it get to a bigger, more costly repair/replacement. I trust them with my car. More

The service team at Klaben has been amazing the last few appointments. I had some odd issues recently, and they were able to find solutions that worked and were affordable. Again had my car serviced at Klaben Ford, and can’t say enough about how well we were taken care of. As usual SEAN BRADFORD mad the service very pleasant.
