I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. This was my first ever service appointment at Klaben. Sean and Anthony were outstanding. I was processed immediately upon my arrival.
