
I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Charge 3% for use of credit card. Very irritating. Claiming to protect the customer, they won’t accept a personal check. But they will take a debit card where the data will be a part Very irritating. Personal check is safer than a debit card. You are not a small business and should not charge 3% for credit card use. And if you do, you should allow the customer to write a check. More

While he was washing my car for the return trip, Chip, a Klaben valet, took it upon himself to buff out an ugly sideswipe on my Corsair! (Seriously. He really did.) I'm delighted and grateful.
