We spoke with the service department and they confirmed that they did hand wash your truck and that they did not send it through the brushed car wash. We are sorry that you feel that we didn't get the tires cleaned to your satisfaction. Please let us know if there's anything else that we can do in addition to the Free works package that we already provided you with after your previous grievance. Thanks!

I appreciate the free service but I do know that the car wash does not do the tires and they wasn’t touched. The truck did look good but I have a hard time believing that the truck was hand washed because the way the body was shining and the tires was full of dirt still. If you can provide me with proof I will completely apologize and change my rating to the max. I just don’t know why a detailing place would allow that to come out like that. If I could add photos on here I would show you.
