Right from our initial phone conversation he put me at ease. I was feeling discouraged shopping around for a CPO w/ low milage. Scott listened diligently to my needs, budget as well as all the bells and whistles I desired. He immediately went to work and found the perfect 2 vehicles to test drive. When he noticed how badly I preferred one model over the other he quickly got creative with a couple different financing options. He seamlessly made my dream car my new car.
