I understand very well how complicated and stressful this process can be, and my highest priority is to help navigate the process in a way that is fun, engaging, and creates a good memory. In my spare time, I love running, road cycling, and drawing portraits of pets for people.

It was a great experience purchasing my 2021 X3. After 20 years with my Acura car, I was just starting to explore the market, when the X3 really caught my eye. Lucky for me, Ryan informed me that evening, to tell me that the people who were minutes away from purchasing the car, suddenly switched their mind and bought a new car instead. Lucky me!
