One huge thing that BMW of Loveland needs to work on if they want to sell EVs to customers with no EV experience is to help them fully connect to all of the BMW app charging networks and going through the they want to sell EVs to customers with no EV experience is to help them fully connect to all of the BMW app charging networks and going through the trip planning software. The primary reason that BMW of Loveland can't fully take advantage of this issue is that they have terrible internet connections and their employees are hesitant to deal with the slow connections when creating accounts etc. The BMW app isn't that straight forward when creating charging accounts and a little hand holding would be huge for customer satisfaction. In this day and age, that is pretty unacceptable. Other than this - the buying experience was very efficient except for when they wanted to sell me a package that included oil changes (I was buying an EV - LOL). I will recommend BMW of Loveland to people that I know who are buying a BMW. I am sure that they will correct these issues because they are top notch. More

He found a perfect balance between advocating for the benefits of becoming a BMW owner and for me as his customer. I had it narrowed down to two cars and was having a hard time making the final selection and Francine took time out of her day not once but three times to engage with Rocky and me in a VERY helpful way - once even stopping on her golf cart to help me with my color decision...thank you Francine!. I don't see two names that I would like to call out and I hope I am remembering them correctly. Michael managed the paperwork and was attentive to my specific priorities and did not waste a second of his time or mine but did sell me an add on that made sense for me. Well done. Finally, the car was beautiful on the lot but even more so after Michael in detailing got done with it #attentiontodetail. As I wrote in my Google review, what stood out the most (other than an amazing car and Rocky being amazing) was the sense of positive energy in the showroom, something I have not experienced in a car dealership before.
