I was beyond impressed with the sales rep, Charlie Jackson, from BMW John Elway Loveland. Charlie took time to help me find the perfect car; he even drove over an hour to make sure I got the correct car but ultimately choose another one. Originally wanted to stay in the x1 but went up to an x3. I am so grateful to have had worked with him. I hope he is here when it's time for me to upgrade into a new one in 3 years. More

I purchased a 2020 BMW from BMW of Loveland, VIN 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go away, so I trusted him and completed the purchase. Only two miles after leaving, the warning returned. I immediately brought the vehicle back. The dealership initially said it would be repaired, but after learning the repair could cost about $5,000, they refused and told me I must take the vehicle as is because the sale was already completed. I am extremely frustrated and feel misled. The issue was present before the sale. Worst experience ever More
