Absolutely horrendous experience ! !!!!!!!!!!! (I would give minus stars if I had that option). I purchased a 2016 Chevy Corvette from BMW of Loveland just over 3 weeks ago! They said !!!!!!!!!!! (I would give minus stars if I had that option). I purchased a 2016 Chevy Corvette from BMW of Loveland just over 3 weeks ago! They said was ready to go and included a 60 day warranty! Purchase price was $66,000 + taxes and fees (not chump change by any stretch for a 10 year old car). The day I brought it home, the car started hesitating and the gauges/wipers were going haywire. I got it into my garage and all electronics shut off! On investigation the negative terminal was completely disconnected. It had come off because the vehicle had an aftermarket power disconnect on it ($14 on Amazon) and it could not be tightened on the battery post....so it wiggled loose. (Kye Adams "Inventory manager") admitted that they knew about this device. After I reattached the terminal and even installed a new battery, warnings kept coming up on the display. I was afraid to drive the car! Ryan Burr (client advisor) said I needed to bring the car back to them to get it fixed. I brought it in and Kye (inventory manager) called me later that day along with Kyle Splicer (Service manager) and told me there was nothing wrong with the car! I called xx on this, so they said they would keep it overnight and see if it had any codes. Kye called me the next day to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up and good to go and that they even charged the battery! I went to the dealership to pick it up and as soon as I started the car (in the dealership parking lot) the check engine light came on and then the low battery warning! I asked Beto Palmer Client advisor (great guy) to come out, which he did and he took a photo and said they would advise the following week. Ryan Burr Client advisor and main contact on this car reached out the following week on Monday and said that their "recon specialist" was out that day and how are things. I replied that nothing had changed and it was time for them to get this car looked at by the chevy dealer across the street (which Ryan had previously mentioned "if they couldn't fix the problem"). That was Monday and it is now Friday and I have heard nothing further from anyone! More
