I purchased a 2020 BMW from BMW of Loveland, VIN 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go away, so I trusted him and completed the purchase. Only two miles after leaving, the warning returned. I immediately brought the vehicle back. The dealership initially said it would be repaired, but after learning the repair could cost about $5,000, they refused and told me I must take the vehicle as is because the sale was already completed. I am extremely frustrated and feel misled. The issue was present before the sale. Worst experience ever More

At 67 I have dealt with a lot of dealerships through the years and I have never dealt with one that comes close to this one in excellence in every area. My experience with everyone there was extremely enjoy years and I have never dealt with one that comes close to this one in excellence in every area. My experience with everyone there was extremely enjoyable! Other dealerships really need to learn from them! There was absolutely no pressure, which is rare. It made it to where I was able to make a decision that I was very happy with. And they gave me a great deal that I was very happy with. They also keep in touch even after the sale to make sure you are still happy, which is basically unheard of. I tell everyone that will listen, about this dealership! Keep up the great work! More
