Loved that Ryan took the time to sit down with me when I arrived and talk about what I was looking for. To ensure that I was looking at the appropriate vehicles. It was a great experience purchasing my 2021 X3. After 20 years with my Acura car, I was just starting to explore the market, when the X3 really caught my eye. Lucky for me, Ryan informed me that evening, to tell me that the people who were minutes away from purchasing the car, suddenly switched their mind and bought a new car instead. Lucky me!
