Robert K. in service and Joe J. in sales deserve 5 out of 5 in reviews. They are just about the only reasons I haven’t changed dealerships. Robert ultimately gets my service requests satisfied but the shop needs to do a more thorough job the first time to avoid return trips by me to finish service and keep me from changing dealerships.
