They used the toll road when delivering my car, but I only found out after receiving the receipt. I contacted them immediately, and they said they would take care of it. Throughout this process, I’ve been in contact with Mace Bradley, Bridgette Edmondson, Richard Andersen, and Tracy Ferrara. While they all speak politely, not a single one of them has been honest or actually followed through with anything. More

I went in on a busy weekend (tariff uncertainty) and Kevin Marroquin was very helpful. He set up the deal, and went the very next day to bring the particular car I wanted. All the staff stayed late to finish all the paperwork for many customers. South Bay Hyundai is a very welcoming environment, no high pressure sales pitch, and conveniently located. With Kevin's great help, I got a car that's efficient (as high as 4 mi/kWh on level freeway), fun (especially in max regen on a canyon road), and comfortable (quiet, awesome sound system). Besides the hardcopy manual, South Bay Hyundai also has informational videos on their YouTube channel. I highly recommend this dealership! More
