I brought my car in for service, was told nothing was wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an electric issue since I bought it less than a month ago you’ve had it 21 days and you called me to pick it up that the car is ready. However, when I want to pick it up, it was at a 45% charge totally unacceptable and then your service advisor told me that he doesn’t do electric and doesn’t know much about electric cars.
