Work done was fine but communication from the contact person was lacking. After initial call at 8:15 I was never told or contacted about ready time. I brought my car in for service, was told nothing was wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and cor wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and corrected, but never suggested that the now bad tire should be either rotated on replaced. Kia responsible for negligence. Tried leaving message, received no call back. More

This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an electric issue since I bought it less than a month ago you’ve had it 21 days and you called me to pick it up that the car is ready. However, when I w electric issue since I bought it less than a month ago you’ve had it 21 days and you called me to pick it up that the car is ready. However, when I want to pick it up, it was at a 45% charge totally unacceptable and then your service advisor told me that he doesn’t do electric and doesn’t know much about electric cars. I’m not sure who the service manager is but this is not a way to make a good impression I’m going to buy Another car in the next month and I’m contemplating a different dealership. More
