Everything went fine until three days after my service, when my truck stopped on me and I needed a tow truck to transport it back to my house. I'm waiting for a tow truck now to bring it back to the dealer when my truck stopped on me and I needed a tow truck to transport it back to my house. Service advisor had a dry and belittling attitude when I took my truck in for a recall. He didn’t hear my concerns. After picking up my truck, it took over an hour for a porter to bring it back out. I took my vehicle in for a recall with no warning lights or problems and can be confirmed with pre work pictures. They claim after the software update 3 new lights came on and demanded 2500 to fix. The advisor was rude & said its like updating your phone and new problems come up which makes no sense. Do not recommend going here More
