I went to Napleton after Westfield was unable to fix an issue they caused when repairing my air conditioning. After the repair, my dash was not hooked back up properly, and unfortunately, Westfield failed issue they caused when repairing my air conditioning. After the repair, my dash was not hooked back up properly, and unfortunately, Westfield failed to correct the problem. Napleton fixed the issue with ease! I wish I could remember the young lady’s name in the service department because she was absolutely wonderful. Tommy was also great and very helpful throughout the process. The difference in service was night and day. I honestly wish I had purchased my vehicle from Napleton originally instead of Westfield. Thank you to the Napleton service team for making what had been a frustrating situation so much easier! More
