I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Great Service Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 38 point inspection. The appointment ended up taking quite a bit longer than expected but when the service manager, Sean Bradford, learned this from Mona, he immediately said the appointment was covered. Even though I offered to pay a few times he not accept payment from me and he also included new wiper blades. This service department is all about taking great care of their customers! More

20 years and counting! I have been using Klaben Ford for a VERY long time. I was impressed initially by the deal I got with my first purchase. I was new to the area and I k I have been using Klaben Ford for a VERY long time. I was impressed initially by the deal I got with my first purchase. I was new to the area and I kept hearing from people I met to try Klaben. This will be my third Focus, all bought at Klaben. I even talked my boyfriend into getting his truck at Klaben! I will continue to recommend Klaben to people and continue to use their service department. I never feel like I got ripped off on any of their repairs I've had done there. Mona Crooks is the best service advisor ever! If I have problems, I go to Mona! More
