This is the absolute worst dealership that I have dealt with in my life! The communication and customer service I received was disgusting! Horrible Service. No communication at all, I have had to call for any updates. Brought my car in January, nothing was fully fixed until June after it was sent to Reliable Chevy. Had to return multiple times for issues that were never addressed. Lots of work in (3) weeks and spent $10,000 in repairs that started with an oil change and a battery replacement! The amount we spent was the price of the car if we had sold it! Would have loved the oppor that started with an oil change and a battery replacement! The amount we spent was the price of the car if we had sold it! Would have loved the opportunity to trade the 2015 Murano in for a new 2025/2026! Spending $63,000 in (2) months isn’t how we intended to spend our nest egg of hard earned 30+ years of savings!!! Reliable has been the only dealership we’ve done business with since 2015 and we’ve seen so many service managers and reps come and go the past (10) years and we are just reeling at the moment!
