On Sept, 14,2025, I purchased a 2023 rogue from Reliable
Nissan. We e-signed most of contract . Finance manager Jesse Flores offered a platinum warranty coverage, we declined. Then Jesse reduced the interes
Nissan. We e-signed most of contract . Finance manager Jesse Flores offered a platinum warranty coverage, we declined. Then Jesse reduced the interest to entice us to buy platinum warranty for 4200$ . We declined. He reduced the platinum warranty to 3200$. We accepted.
After some time I looked in my contract and discovered my platinum warranty contract was not in my contract copies.
So I obtained a copy of my contract from reliable Nissan and found that Jesse Flores had forged an e-signature on Sept, 15, 2025, a day after we were at dealership for a lesser gold warranty. Reliable Nissan condones such practices because management is aware of Jesse’s actions and he has been promoted.

I have presented the evidence to Sales Manager Paul Bateman, who seemed concerned with the facts presented to him. In fact , Paul was able to pull the evidence straight from Reliable Nissan data banks. Paul assured me he would look into the matter, discuss it with upper management and with JesseFlores. Paul asked if I would like to speak with Jesse Flores on the matter. I expressed concern and deemed it be more appropriate to have a mediation, to better suit these concerns. Paul asked me to follow up in a week. I did so . And Paul never returned my phone calls.
I did start to receive messages from some of Jesses friends, and then I get a call from Rachel Salesbury and the person on the phone is Jesse Flores. Of course that conversation did not accomplish anything.
I have reached out to Dominic Salazar General Manager of Reliable Nissan and have yet to receive a response.
But , I will reach out again now that Reliable Nissan has asked me to.
Please respond with a direct person in management that is willing to meet with us.
