They were friendly from start to beginning they knew I didn’t have a way to go pick up my car or a way home. They provided me a way to get home safely. They were amazing. My car had a bad battery and the dealership charged it and kept my car for a week. I had no updates until the car was ready to be picked up. I would call at least once a day and would get the response of and kept my car for a week. I had no updates until the car was ready to be picked up. I would call at least once a day and would get the response of “we will call you back and have the technician give you an update”. I wouldn’t get a call back. My car died 2 days later and I went ahead and replaced the battery myself. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all. The east side Nissan dealership was more supportive and helpful when called to ask how this service would take. More
