Went there because South Bay was the closest Hyundai dealership that participates in the Costco car buying program. Mac Lewis was our sales rep and he was excellent - he listened, informed, demonstrate dealership that participates in the Costco car buying program. My whole Hyundai experience was amazing. From test driving to driving off the lot with my new Palisade. Mac was our sales specialist and honestly he did a phenomenal job. He is super knowledgable, compassionate about Hyundai and such an overall great guy. In complete transparency, the Palisade was my 3rd pick until I test drove it. Mac went above and beyond explaining the difference in Hyundai as well as the many cool features the Palisade had. By the end of the test drive, I fell in love with that car. It was perfect for me in so many ways. I didn’t even need more than a day to think things over - within less than 24 hours I came back to buy. More

Our salesman, Mac Lewis, and the sales manager were incredibly helpful and friendly, and honest. In a lifetime of buying cars, 7 of them Hyundais, this was by far the best experience we have ever had. incredibly helpful and friendly, and honest. Our ONLY suggestion for improvement would be that even though we knew the car we wanted had no trade in or financing, and we paid in full with an American Express card, the process still took three hours. That's not a complaint, we just really thought it would be a one hour or less process. My wife loves the car, and has been telling everyone she talks to where she got it! Really great work from your entire team, you should all be proud of your efforts. More
