I just leased a 2024 Honda prologue and it’s electric. I’ve never owned or lease an electric vehicle before in my life and I’m almost 50. I’m a nurse and I work many hours. I had not had a chance to get acclimated to my new car.. I ended up stranded essentially at BMW in Diberville, Mississippi. Meanwhile, My Son was waiting for me and Slidell Louisiana so I could take him to court a very important court date and he has many issues. He struggles with like PTSD and anxiety.. Needless to say, I was very stressed at the situation of running out of electricity for my vehicle. Katie generously came to my rescue and allowed me to use BMWs electricity to charge my vehicle even though it was slow. I was so grateful and relieved. She allowed me to do this for many hours so that I could have enough power to get to Electrify America in Gulfport.. I can’t thank her enough she’s an angel and she’s in great enormous asset to your company. My next vehicle will be a BMW and I’m buying from her. I’ve already made up my mind and no one can change it. That’s the how much of an impact she made on me. She has called me and texted me many times to check on me and make sure I’m doing OK and I’m all right I just can’t thank her enough. I also want to say that everyone at BMW was very kind and helpful to me while I was waiting on my car to charge. The receptionist was very kind giving me a water when I was very thirsty. Katie showed me the Starbucks coffee and I enjoyed that and needed it. My experience at BMW was wonderful despite the stressful issue I was dealing with that day. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Galleria and Sonya West, and everything was as good or better than before! Once again, I have to rate Galleria and Sonya as "The Ultimate Client Advisor and Ultimate D West, and everything was as good or better than before! Once again, I have to rate Galleria and Sonya as "The Ultimate Client Advisor and Ultimate Dealership for The Ultimate Driving Machine!" Just like in 2020, my experience with Sonya West was perfect from initial contact to delivery and beyond. Sonya was very fair, very efficient, and her product knowledge equals or exceeds many BMW Geniuses. Most importantly, and what really sold me, was the lack of "xx" that other dealers frequently employ. I have so much confidence in Sonya and Galleria that I have continued to refer many other BMW purchasers, and all of them also graded Sonya and Galleria with an A+! I again dealt remotely with Sonya and the Galleria team, and I took delivery at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina. While I was never physically present at the dealership, I still feel like I am part of the family as Sonya, Cody, Leslie, and the rest of the team treated me like a VIP. Even with 2 hurricanes causing higher than normal anxiety, every detail was handled perfectly! E-signing, delivering paperwork and temporary tag to BMW Performance Center, handling out-of-state sales tax and registration, etc. all went through without a hitch.
