I was promised a new set of floor mats and paperwork copies of what I filled out, but I have yet to hear back. Overall experience was really well. I’m really enjoying my Nissan and I’m hoping in the fut copies of what I filled out, but I have yet to hear back. Overall experience was really well. I’m really enjoying my Nissan and I’m hoping in the future when I’m ready to upgrade I’ll probably be swapping to another Nissan since I had overall a great experience. More

The sales staff misrepresented the warranty which we did not find out until we had signed all the purchase papers. The finance person was up front and honest about the warranty which was worthless until you not find out until we had signed all the purchase papers. The finance person was up front and honest about the warranty which was worthless until your broken part(s) had a recall on them. We are new to NM and were unaware that there is no contract rescission period in NM. That was on us for not checking ahead of time. The pre-certification team that is supposed to inspect everything on the car missed a nail in the right front tire which was showing low on air during our pre-purchase test drive. And, there was no owner’s manual in the car. And, we were there for 6 hours until 10:30 at night. Not great, capiche? More
