I wandered over to the new car sales lot while having another car serviced. I did not have an immediate need to buy a car, and I did not have my mind fixed on a particular model. However, I was greeted by Rich LaMancusa and he went to the effort to pursue my business while treating me respectfully and professionally. I felt from my interaction with Rich that I would be treated fairly, and that is the reason I decided to move forward with a purchase. Kyle Crowe was excellent at facilitating the transaction. My only complaint is that there was no hard copy or .pdf Owner's manual for the vehicle ( a 2026 bought in Nov. 2025), and I needed to buy a 2025 manual, the only one available, from a 3rd party vendor in order to get it in print. (in fairness, Ford maintains an .html version of the 2025 manual, but it is not user-friendly.) This is not Klaben's fault. More
