My service advisor, Kim Wolfram, is really an excellent communicator. I had been getting a message "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault." First, she explained what it meant. Then she had a valve stem with the bat communicator. I had been getting a message "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault." First, she explained what it meant. Then she had a valve stem with the battery attached to show what would need to be replaced. This provided a visual so I could clearly understand the situation. Every time I come to Klaben's for service Kim goes above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Kim! More
