
Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Kenneth met us shortly after walking in the door when most of the other salespeople seemed uninterested or busy. He gave us the information that we were looking for, helped us decides what options we wan most of the other salespeople seemed uninterested or busy. He gave us the information that we were looking for, helped us decides what options we wanted on our X1, and made the overall sales process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him and BMW of Westlake to anyone who is looking for a straightforward car buying experience. The only drawback I saw was with the building itself. Full floor-to-ceiling windows on a south-facing building look nice, but the sun is a menace and prevents workers and customers alike from being able to see what’s between them and the doors. The owners make more than enough money to get some shades for the window. Get it done. More

I just leased my third BMW with Ken Delk at BMW of Westlake, and it couldn't have been a smoother experience.
