No transparency poor communication skills, lack in customer consideration and no care to try and make me feel like I was taken care of. He acted as if I was just another number and he knew I was never customer consideration and no care to try and make me feel like I was taken care of. Especially because this dealership has time and time again never helped me in anything that could fix my issues with my ford vehicle. It seems like these employees could care less if they have a great ford experience. That's also why I had to drive all the way to Ontario California to buy my truck because my home town dealer didn't care to go above and beyond for their local buyer. More
