I had an appointment for only an oil change. I told them that's all I wanted because I was in a hurry. It took 2 hrs! I saw my car pulled up to the entrance area. After 15 minutes, I went to see I told them that's all I wanted because I was in a hurry. It took 2 hrs! I saw my car pulled up to the entrance area. After 15 minutes, I went to see what was going on. Finally checked me out so I could get going. Mr Pena wasn't there when I left. Someone else checked me out. What's the best time of day to just get an oil change??? More

After I reported a broken visor, John confirmed it was covered by warranty. He ordered the part and set up an appointment to install. John communicates at every step.
