John Pena is too busy to offer quality customer service. You have to wait to talk to him. Then, once you can finally get helped, he has to answer other people's calls. And he rushes you through the check in You have to wait to talk to him. Then, once you can finally get helped, he has to answer other people's calls. And he rushes you through the check in process and acts inconvenienced if you have questions. For example, he tried to get me to sign a blank authorization to perform services without explaining the price for the repairs, including what was parts and what was labor. He doesn't call you to tell you that your car is done and he doesn't call you back if you call to check on the status of your vehicle. Then, once your vehicle is done, he is no where to be found. He doesn't explain how to check out or whether all of the work is complete. In fact, I asked why my multipoint inspection wasn't done and he argued with me rather than trying to resolve the matter. Likewise, the cashiers cannot be bothered to offer any customer service. They do not greet you nor do they offer to remedy any of your complaints. I was stranded once because no one explained to me that the shuttle stops running at 4pm. When I complained, I was told I should have read the random small print on the sign-up clip board. This dealership does not care about its customers. It hires people who are offended when asked to do their jobs and there is no system in place to remedy the matter. I will never return. More

The Customer Service used to be better when the dealership was Cowboy Toyota. With the exception of Justin and Shelly, the rest of the team could be reminded on how to value loyal repeat customers. dealership was Cowboy Toyota. I am happy that Justin was promoted into his current role, but I miss him as my service advisor. I come to the dealership not because I want to because it is close to my house. Before I would want to come because I enjoyed the customer service I received. More

I asked about a broken pipe under car and advisor said they would take care of it, nothing done or said about it. Also the car diagnostic showed everything in the green which is suspicious that some thing they would take care of it, nothing done or said about it. Also the car diagnostic showed everything in the green which is suspicious that some things that were yellow years ago that haven’t been changed just got better. For major repairs, I definately would recommend this service center however, this is the first time my vehicle has been serviced there for an oil change since the dealership changed names and the first service center however, this is the first time my vehicle has been serviced there for an oil change since the dealership changed names and the first time it took nearly 3 hours to do an oil change while I waited. I am NOT happy about that. No oil change should take near that long, especially when I had an appointment. More
