I’ll call again, thank you… I’m wondering if y’all are having some other issues (IT issues or voicemail ones) which will explain why I didn’t get my other calls returned… One indication being after I filled out the survey, I’ve gotten three more automated text messages to fill out the same survey. I checked to make sure my survey was uploaded and it was, therefore, I think that the dealership may be experiencing IT problems. I also re-read my survey and want to add a few comments to clarify my position. My position is mainly this… On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, I give Ken Ganley Ford an 8.75!! Just as I, myself recognize that I have room for improvement in all aspects of my life and strive to do better. I know that Ken Ganley Ford must recognize the same holds true for for their dealership or they would not ask people like myself to do this survey! I hope to clarify my first set of comments. 1- I will absolutely do business with Ken Ganley Ford again in the future, they made my purchase process pleasant. They were professional, courteous and very reasonable. As a first time customer I felt as though we had been doing business together for many years! 2- I have, and will continue to refer them to family, friends, coworkers and clients. 3- As Ohio drivers are no longer required to have a front license plate issued by the state and because removing the bracket will leave unsightly holes; I’ve left the dealership plastic advertising plate in the bracket. I could easily and quickly swap it out for a vanity plate but I’m inclined to leave it for now as an indication of my overall positive experience! 4- Jennifer Fincham has absolutely earned my business trust. She did everything within my earshot and line of vision. She made me feel comfortable, she was never rude or showed any irritation towards me during the negotiation process. If I had a question that she wasn’t positive about her answer she said so and promptly sought out the answer. She did her best to make sure I knew that she valued my business and was hoping that we would be able to come to a price that worked for me! 5- I know that I mentioned this in my original comments but I think it deserves a little more acknowledgement… the fact that the dealership was willing to send Jennifer in my truck and another employee in a dealership truck an hour and twenty minutes the following morning to deliver it at my place of business, caught me off guard! On top of that the gas tank was nearly full when they dropped it off! They completely changed my uneasy feelings of buying from an out of town dealership that I or my family and friends haven’t done business with before! Everyone else that I interacted with, even in passing, greeted me with a smile and ‘Hello, how are you, can I get you anything?’…. In the middle of updating my survey, I received a courtesy call from Jennifer to see what I think about my truck and what if anything I thought they could fix... my answer, “Possibly the mats!” She said that she would check with her manager over the next few days to see what could be done to rectify this and get back to me Monday and I fully believe she will! She also offered to make arrangements to detail the truck again to deal with the issues I had about it’s cleanliness… unfortunately I had already rolled up my sleeves, with my husband’s help. We completely went over everything; even the things that were clearly immaculate and much of the vehicle’s interior looked like it were a new, not used truck. I know that if the decision were wholly hers to make, she’d put a set of carpet mats that were from Ford manufacturing in the mail or UPS tomorrow. I fully understand that she and her managers do not always get to make these decisions just as she doesn’t get to make dealership policy! I can only hope that those who do, will listen, to both the accountants and the sales staff. I gave ‘Quality of Work’ no stars as I didn’t have any ‘Work’ done. Should I have the need in future months or years to have anything serviced, I will certainly consider going back to Ken Ganley Ford. Hopefully they would consider ways to help offset that nearly three hour round trip drive… if not I’m still willing to give the service department a try based upon my experience with the sales department . Thanks!
