I purchased a vehicle on 9/5/24 from this dealership, and within 24 hours I notified my salesperson (Julian) that the rotors were bad. He had me come into the dealership on 9/10/24 to get it checked. I met with Tom Rodkey (Service Manager) and he test drove my vehicle and concluded that the rotors were bad. At that time, Tom introduced me to the Used Car Manager (Carlos Arias). That is when my expectation of Mercedes Benz customer serviced went downhill fast. Carlos proceeded to tell me that the car passed the inspection (which is bias because it is conducted by Mercedes, probably his department) and he refused to fix the rotors. Please note: This is my fourth (4th) Benz, and my worst encounter with one of their employees. One of the reasons that I choose to do business with Mercedes is because their level of customer service is EXCELLENT. No customer that just purchased a vehicle should encounter the RUDENESS that Carlos displayed toward me, He told me to return the car because he was not going to fix it. Everything about his tone and demeanor was DISRESPECTFUL, and I was very disappointed. As a result, I spoke to Dorit Figueroa and she went over her head to the General Manager (Jim Elefantis). Jim explained the issue with fixing the car while understanding my position. It is not what you say but how you say it. Jim provided the level of customer service that I have grown to love about Mercedes. He had my rotors repaired and I was a happy customer. I am so glad Jim turned that disappointing experience around. Thank you Julian, Brad, Tom, Dorit and Jim for making this repeat customer happy. You all renewed my belief in Mercedes Benz and the excellent level of service they provide to their customers. As a side note, I had an employee and customer inform me discreetly that they had to deal with Carlos' bad attitude and they were not surprise by my encounter with him. They told me to stand my ground. More

I never thought I'd get to rate Ray Goodarzi. A quick story. Back in Sept of 2014 I bought a 2013 SL550. Searched for months to find the right car with the three major options I wanted. ABC, B&O A quick story. Back in Sept of 2014 I bought a 2013 SL550. Searched for months to find the right car with the three major options I wanted. ABC, B&O Sound, Magic Sky. This is the car. My first question to Ray was "Is there any scratches/ curb rash under the lower front of the car"? He blurted out " I just looked underneath and it's perfect". I fly from Texas and have them put the car on a lift. The front cap, underneath was a mess. Not just curb rash but was probably caught on a curb and someone backed away causing it to come unsecured. Other issues: Right side front/rear wheels bent (straightened before I left). Coat hanger on passenger seat broken with a cut in the fascia behind the seat and probably happened at the same time. Took a 2 foot breaker bar and cheater pipe to loosen the front left wheel lugs. The air inlet box under the hood had a section broken in the air inlet grate. Easy access trunk chime was turned off making it inop. Paint felt like 1500 grit sandpaper, needed claybar. The plastic lift plate under the center of the engine was broken. I got the car home and then wrote Jim Elefantis a letter with pictures. He sent me back $1500.00. I removed the front cap and had my friends at the MB dealer where I lived repair it. All other parts mentioned above were replaced. The car was made whole again. Ray was not there the day I picked the car up but I'm sure I'd had some choice words for him. Marcelo Via picked me up at the airport and was my salesman. Finance guy, don't recall his name, and other personnel were very nice. I was disappointed in the condition of the car, but I new I had a good car to work with and everything could be remedied. More

I purchased my GLE 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring 5 years ago and I am just as pleased with the vehicle, the service, and the staff as I was back in 2019. Their communication, professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness far surpasses the other dealerships I've dealt with over the past 40+ years and I highly recommend this location! More

He helped me achieve MY goal instead of trying to sell me what he wanted to sell me like some dealerships. Last month, I had my first sales experience with MBSS and I'm pleased to say I couldn't be happier with the transaction! Starting with a late-night email notice of interest in a specific vehicle I had been looking for, I got a full email response with details on the car from my Sales Manager, Charles Miller, the next morning. Charlie invited me in to see and test drive the car. On arrival, I met Charlie immediately. We discussed and viewed the car; he offered a test drive and answered all of my questions in a no sales pressure atmosphere. As much as I may have tried to hide it, Charlie knew I wanted the car. He worked with me to make sure all of my documentation was received timely and kept me informed by email and text every step of the way! Overall, I'm really grateful for Charlie's expert guidance and MBSS' continued excellence in sales and service!
