There was a large line and a long wait to be able to drop off my car. The service manager that I worked with originally was good, however the one that helped me when I went to pickup my car was very disinter off my car. The service manager that I worked with originally was good, however the one that helped me when I went to pickup my car was very disinterested in being there and helping me. He answered I don’t know to all my questions. The service is extremely overpriced, $99 for an oil change and tire rotation is just too much. There was a paper mat and other items left in my car that could have been thrown out after the car was parked for pickup. For the kind of money you charge at least pickup after yourself. More
