Car message was battery charging, but a new battery had been installed April 2023. I'd purchased the lifetime battery since I plan to keep the RAVA there was no cost to replace the battery. I went in for a new tire. New tire was installed but when I picked up the car, the driver side mat had black stains and the CD player stopped working. I talked to the manager- New tire was installed but when I picked up the car, the driver side mat had black stains and the CD player stopped working. I talked to the manager- he cleared the mat but refused to take responsibility for the CD player malfunction- instead tried to imply that it might have been already broken. This resulted in a bad experience for me overall. More

Katie was not a good advisor, she was only willing to help if I was spending money out of my pocket despite all the warranties I have that cover my services. My car is a 2023 so nothing major is wrong a help if I was spending money out of my pocket despite all the warranties I have that cover my services. My car is a 2023 so nothing major is wrong a tire to be replaced however she was visibly irritated when I would not buy 3 tires from her for $1000 and instead suggested she use my road hazard warranty to cover the nail in the tire. She pretended to call Fidelity but then said oh they said they would not cover it and they rather me buy 3 tires. I called Fidelity myself upon leaving whom states cobb county toyota never called them in regards to my vehicle. Katie is the reason I will never return. And i got my tires all 4 of them for less than $500 elsewhere. Katie will be the reason I switch to Honda when I trade in this vehicle. The disdain and treatment of a customer because I won't spend cash, why when I pay for warranties. Get people whom actually care about humans and not notes that are literally worthless. More
