We had two experiences in the past week. The first experience I would rate a 3 and the second a 5. The reason for the 3 is I called a week in advance to set an appointment for a repair for a couple of things. When I arrived I was told they did not have the part and it would not be ready until the next day. The person I spoke with did not communicate what was needed so I was without a car for an extra day. They had a week to order the part needed! Also the estimate I was quoted was different from what I had to pay. I was told the call center has no idea what they are talking about. If this is the case, why are they giving me an estimate? Thankfully the estimate was not too much different but it was disappointing. The work was good and I am pleased with what was done. The second experience was great. The problem was diagnosed and taken care of the same day! More
