Glad they identified the water pump issue but for an issue that should have taken 2 days, took 6. I didn't want to drive the rental to our campground over the weekend so that made our plans more diffic issue that should have taken 2 days, took 6. Gavin was very nice and I enjoyed working with him. Just expected more overall out of the complete service experience. More
