TOP NOTCH Dealership!!! Lexus of North Miami is number ONE in my book! I visited the dealership on Sunday afternoon and was greeted by everyone I came in contact with. They w Lexus of North Miami is number ONE in my book! I visited the dealership on Sunday afternoon and was greeted by everyone I came in contact with. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. We worked with Henry on my second visit to the dealership. On the phone Henry agreed to honor a deal, and kept his promise. He made the car buying process very easy and he was transparent about everything. I was able to take care of all of my needs (financing and insurance) while I was there. After the purchase, Henry got in the car with us and went over all of the features of the car so that I can “fully experience my Lexus.” He answered every question I had and made sure I understood. I cannot express how impressed I was enough. I had been visiting dealerships for over a month and I did not have great experiences. I purchased from Lexus of North Miami because they have pride in the quality of the car and the quality of their service. I definitely recommend visiting their store, you will enjoy your experience. They lie to make the sales I get a new leased car and they offer me an insurance for tires for the whole lease time (3 years). I went to change the tires before the 3 years and I get a new leased car and they offer me an insurance for tires for the whole lease time (3 years). I went to change the tires before the 3 years and they told me that day that the insurance covered just two years and I was actually still paying that insurance. When my lease ended, I went to the dealer to either change the car, buy it o just get rid of it. Robert Nelson, the finance manager, told me that I will received a maintenance service included for free up to 40,000 if I buy the car. After being negotiated with them the price, I decided to buy the car. When my car was 38,800 miles, I went to do the maintenance service and again.. they told me that the maintenance was just for 2.5 years and they charged me $200 for the service! I will add thay of course I requested a written document of these offers that thay made me but they said that it was necessary because they have it on record and that there was no way to make a document for that, the they do not have the document of the forms to give me anything or written They are a complete liars!! If you go to this dealer, please make sure to receive a written document of whatever they offer. If you do not get it, they will just not give you what they promised. Also Harvey Gonzales from Service is super rude. Worst service agent ever. He do not care if you are happy with the service or not. More

How Lexus North Miami Cheats Trusting Customers. .. The deadline for my registration car's tag ended, which it received in with the purchase of a car in Lexus North Miami. I came to their office. A .. The deadline for my registration car's tag ended, which it received in with the purchase of a car in Lexus North Miami. I came to their office. At the cashbox I explained my issuer. The assistant gave me the address where to go to renew the registration of my car. Today I arrived and I was told that it would cost $ 105. At the same time, they explained that the agency takes only $ 13 fee for its service, so as not to go anywhere else, and the rest goes as a collection of the Florida State. I paid and told my husband about it. The husband was frantic. He showed me the official prices of the DMV and that such a solution costs only $ 32.5. So Lexus North Miami or SOME individual employees in collusion with this agency on Halandelle 33009 (701 West Hallandale blv suite 106) and get their kickback!!!!! That is was a reason why they asked me to pay in cash or by debit card. This arrogance and deception customers!!! They charged me $ 70 extra !!!!! This is how I understand deception on the trust of customers. So minimum $ 35 unofficially goes into the pocket someone of a Lexus North Miami!!!!! And maybe more, if the agency’s fee is really $ 13?! Then this is beyond fraud !!! Is $ 70 in your pocket for a request to help a Lexus customer renew registration&?????? A shame!!! More

Beware when leasing from this Lexus facility, employees lie to you to get you to lease from them. I was told by my sales and the finance person that the main when leasing from this Lexus facility, employees lie to you to get you to lease from them. I was told by my sales and the finance person that the maintenance was included for the life of the lease, I was so excited about getting a new vehicle I trusted their words and signed all the papers not reading all the pages and it turns out this was a lie. When I went for maintenance I was charged $600 I spoke to the manager and explained to him what happened he just said there’s nothing he could do and that both the sales and finance person no longer works there. At the end of my lease, I turned in the vehicle with 10,000 miles under my lease agreement and with all 4 tires with 80% of Life remaining. The car in perfect condition and now I received a bill for $374.50 “Disposition Fee” after I was told there wasn’t going to be any additional fee or charges. I'm so dissatisfied with this company and the way they lie to customers. More
