They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. We worked with Henry on my second visit to the dealership. On the phone Henry agreed to honor a deal, and kept his promise. He made the car buying process very easy and he was transparent about everything. I was able to take care of all of my needs (financing and insurance) while I was there. After the purchase, Henry got in the car with us and went over all of the features of the car so that I can “fully experience my Lexus.” He answered every question I had and made sure I understood.
