Service consultant was snappy and in a bad mood as soon as I arrived for my appointment at 9 AM. He also left midway through the maintenance of my vehicle and did not tell me when my vehicle was ready, eve as I arrived for my appointment at 9 AM. He also left midway through the maintenance of my vehicle and did not tell me when my vehicle was ready, even after I reached out 3 1/2 hours. I gave another hour for the benefit of the doubt, understanding it is a busy place. Finally after being there for four hours, I had to get help from another service consultant that told me my vehicle had been ready for a while.He was also unsure of why I never received word my vehicle was ready and we confirmed all my information was correct. I sat in the lobby for over four hours when all I was waiting on was an oil change and two tires. I gave Mr. Cobb the benefit of the doubt multiple times through the interaction and respected his time and work, it is unfortunate that it was not mutual but instead unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time in all aspects of the service on 4/17/26. More
