I've always had a great experience at Cobb County Toyota and would recommend them. JC is awesome at customer service. I've use some of the other tech's as well and all of them seem competent and do a good j and would recommend them. JC is awesome at customer service. Also Tommy has taken me home several times with the service was going to be longer than expected. Just a great company that really cares about its customers. More

I bought a brand new 2024 truck and on the way home, I noticed that the radio knob was broken. I called the sales rep who was quick to pass me off to the service center. No problem I figured. I tried to g noticed that the radio knob was broken. I called the sales rep who was quick to pass me off to the service center. No problem I figured. I tried to get the service writer to just ship me the knob but he insisted that I bring the truck in for service. I made my early morning appointment and was there 15 mins early even. Almost three hours later, I went to go find out what the heck was going on and the tech was just finishing up - ORDERING the part. I left having wasted my whole morning waiting on the tech to order the WRONG PART. that's right I went back the next Saturday and waited another hour only to find that the wrong part was ordered. At that point, the service writer said that he would just ship me the part, which is what I wanted them to do in the first place. I am now a month out with still no parts, no followup, and zero customer care! More
