The customer service rep was rude,denied that I could a coupon offered by the dealer stating that it was not true. The tech stained my truck with grease inside and outside and the boys moving vehicles ran coupon offered by the dealer stating that it was not true. I have always had a great experience but not this time. It was the man that helped me. All I can say is I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. As I was checking out, I told him I had a coupon. He immediately stated, he now had to reprint my invoice and I needed to step aside until he could take care of it. He then walked away and I was told to always tell them first that I have a coupon. I felt as though I was a huge inconvenience to him. I own a retail business and presenting a coupon should not be an inconvenience. I think his attitude started when I did not want to do the 90,000 mike -$500 complete checkup. I have never felt so scolded as I did that day. Now deciding if I need to go somewhere else after 10+ years at your shop. Plus my service light is still on after my oil change. I don’t want to go back. More
